手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用效果及对患者护理满意度的影响

Application effect of nursing cooperation path in operating room in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and its influence on nursing satisfaction of patients

目的探讨手术室护理配合路径在宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中的应用效果及对患者护理满意度的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2020年12月本院接收的70例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组实施常规手术室护理,观察组实施手术室护理配合路径。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的单台手术准备时间、接送时间、手术时间短于对照组,并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,观察组的子宫内膜厚度小于对照组,血红蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的各项护理质量评分、总分以及护理满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室护理配合路径应用于宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术中可提高手术室效率、护理质量及护理满意度,并能降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing cooperation path in operating room in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy and its influence on nursing satisfaction of patients.Methods A total of 70 patients with endometrial polyps enrolled in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine operating room nursing,and the observation group was given nursing cooperation path in operating room.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The preparation time of single operation,transfer time and operation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After operation,the endometrial thickness of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the hemoglobin level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality in all aspects,total score and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing cooperation path in operating room applied in hysteroscopic endometrial polypectomy can improve the efficiency of operating room,nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of complications.
