产妇侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生的临床护理价值

Clinical Nursing Value of Lateral Decubitus Delivery with Unprotective Perineal Delivery

目的:分析产妇侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生的临床护理价值。方法:选择2020年1月~2020年12月150例在本院产科自然分娩的产妇为对象,随机抽签法分为2组,对照组75例接受常规仰卧位配合会阴保护接生,观察组75例选择侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生,比较两组分娩质量。结果:观察组分娩后会阴裂伤率为28%,低于对照组57.33%,观察组会阴裂伤Ⅰ、Ⅱ度率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组第二产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05),第三产程时间与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:产妇侧卧位分娩配合无保护会阴接生有助于减低会阴裂伤率,且能缩短第二产程时间。

Objective:To analyze the clinical nursing value of lateral decubitus delivery combined with unprotected perineal delivery.Methods:A total of 150 cases of partunients who delivered naturally in obstetrics department of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as objects,and were randomly divided into 2 groups,in which 75 cases of control group received conventional supine position with perineal protection delivery while 75 cases of observation group received lateral decubitus delivery with unprotected perineal delivery.The delivery quality of these groups was compared.Results:The rate of perineal laceration in the observation group after delivery was 28%,which was 57.33%lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).Moreover,the time of the second stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(p<0.05)while the time of the third stage of labor had no statistical significance(p>0.05).Conclusion:Lateral decubitus delivery with unprotected perineal delivery could reduce the rate of perineal laceration and shorten the time of the second stage of labor.
