补气通络加味方治疗轻中度老年原发性膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Invigorating Qi and Dredging Collateral Prescription in Treating Mild to Moderate Elderly Primary Knee Osteoarthritis

目的观察补气通络加味方治疗轻中度老年原发性膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法选取福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院2020年8月1日—2021年9月30日就诊的60例轻中度老年原发性膝关节骨性关节炎患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。治疗组给予补气通络加味方,对照组予扶他林乳胶剂外用联合口服氨基葡萄糖胶囊,治疗持续4周,观察WOMAC评分。结果与治疗前比较,2组治疗后WOMAC评分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后WOMAC评分改善程度较对照组为优(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补气通络加味方治疗轻中度老年原发性膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优异。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of invigorating qi and dredging collateral prescription in treating mild to moderate elderly primary knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty elderly patients with elderly primary knee osteoarthritis were selected from the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 1,2020 to September 30,2021.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group,by random number table method.The treatment group was given invigorating qi and dredging collateral prescription,while the control group was given Vitalin emulsion external application combined with oral glucosamine capsule.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks,and WOMAC score was observed.Results Compared with the two groups before treatment,the difference of WOMAC score after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the improvement of WOMAC score before and after treatment in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The invigorating qi and dredging collateral prescription in treating mild to moderate elderly primary knee osteoarthritis has significant effect.
