摘要
针对数字中国、智慧社会发展需求,首先梳理城市信息模型(CIM)的发展背景,辨析CIM的概念和内涵并明确其定位;基于此构建以人的需求为导向,数据治理、智能模型、人机交互“三大体系”协同共生的技术体系框架,并进一步解析三大体系的目标及关键技术;结合国内外CIM的实践进展与应用技术,展望未来CIM相关技术的发展方向,揭示技术体系的海量数据分析、智慧推演预测、用户功能开放的发展趋势,具体表现为海量空间数据访问分析速度加快、人工智能算法推演预测能力加强、公众参与及开放共享服务水平提升,为CIM平台向以人为本和科学决策方向发展提供支撑。CIM作为数字孪生城市的支撑系统,其多种技术的融合将城市的微观与宏观、静态与动态、过去/现在与未来的信息有机融合,为新型智慧城市建设奠定了良好基础,对未来的城市治理有不可估量的价值。
To meet the requirements of developing digital China and smart society,this paper introduces the background of the city information model(CIM)and analyzes the concept and connotation of the CIM,defining CIM as the support system of the digital twin city.CIM,as the digital twin body of city scale,supports the digital transformation of the system of urban planning,infrastructure,industries,and basic public services so as to form a new mode of social participation and intelligent governance.It is clearly recognized that people-centered is the positioning of CIM,which realizes the coordination of such three dimensions as social needs,economic development,and resource limitations,and satisfies people′s demands for multiple perceptions,problem identification,and multi-party participation in cities.On that basis,a technical system framework for the coexisting"three systems"of data governance,intelligent models and human-computer interaction system is constructed with human demand-oriented,and the goals and key technologies of the"three systems"are further analyzed.Considering the application of CIM project and corresponding technology at home and abroad,the development trends of CIM-related technologies in the future are prospected,including acceleration of accessing and analysis of spatial-temporal big data,enhancement of AI algorithm deduction and prediction,and improvement of public participation and openness of platform services.To some extent,it supports the future development of CIM in the direction of people-oriented and scientific decision-making.As the support system of the digital twin city,through the integration of various technologies,CIM organically integrates the micro and macro,static and dynamic,and past and future information of the city.By doing so,CIM will lay a good foundation for the development of novel smart cities,and generating immeasurable values to the future urban governance.
