摘要
以乙二醇为降解剂,分别采用醋酸锌、磷酸钙、硅酸钠和二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂对废PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)降解,改变催化剂用量和种类,得出比较合适的降解工艺,选择出理想的催化剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、b形管熔点测定法等对降解产物进行了分析、表征。结果表明,在反应温度为190℃,反应时间为2.0 h,催化剂为醋酸锌且用量为PET质量的1%时,PET降解率最大为94.13%。
Using ethylene glycol as the degradation agent,the zinc acetate,calcium phosphate,sodium silicate and dibutyltin dilaurate were respectively used as catalysts to degrade waste PET(polyethylene terephthalate),the amount and type of catalysts were varied to arrive at a more suitable degradation process and select the ideal catalyst.The degradation products were analyzed and characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FTIR),b-shaped tube melting point determination method and so on.The results show that when the reaction temperature is 190℃,the reaction time is 2.0 h,the catalyst is zinc acetate and its amount is 1%of the mass of PET,the maximum degradation rate of PET is 94.13%.
