摘要
教师是影响学生学业质量的关键要素,而学习力又是构成教师职业素养的关键,因此研究教师学习力的构成要素、调查初中生物学教师的学习力现状尤为重要。初中生物学教师学习力现状专项调查和研究发现:初中生物学教师学习力总体较好、但仍需赋能提质,具体表现为学习环境整体良好、制度仍需完善,学习动力上意义认同、内驱力仍可提升,学习能力基本完备、方略仍应纵深以及学习毅力上专注度不够、习惯仍未优质。为此,政府、教育主管部门和学校需要进一步健全教师研学制度,鼓励教师开放课堂、建设内生发展文化,进而降低教师的职业倦怠感,提升其学习力。
Teachers are the key elements affecting students′ academic quality,and learning ability is the key to form teachers′ professional quality.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the constituent elements of teachers′ learning ability and investigate the current situation of junior high school biology teachers′ learning ability.Through a special investigation on the current situation of learning ability of junior high school biology teachers,the study found that the learning ability of junior high school biology teachers is generally good,which is reflected in the overall good learning environment,but the system still needs to be improved,and the meaning recognition and internal drive of learning motivation can still be improved;the learning ability is basically completed;the strategy should still be in-depth;the focus on learning perseverance is not enough;and the habits are still not of high-quality.Therefore,the government,education authorities and schools need to further improve the teacher research system,encourage teachers to open the classroom and build an endogenous development culture,so as to reduce teachers′ job burnout and improve their learning ability.
