地方民办高校实施内涵式发展的战略研究

Strategic Research on the Connotative Development of Local Private Universities

民办高校为地方经济社会发展培养了大批应用技术技能型人才。但地方民办高校发展中普遍存在一些不可回避的矛盾和问题,如部分地方民办高校学科专业缺乏特色,培养的人才不能适应产业转型升级的需求等。地方民办高校应根据实际情况转变观念,做好人才培养定位,创新人才培养模式,提高管理水平,不断提升核心竞争力。

Private universities have cultivated a large number of technical and skilled talents for the development of local economy and society.However,there still exist some contradictions and problems in the development of local private universities,for example:some majors in local private universities lack features,or the talents that are cultivated there can’t adapt to the demand of the transformation and upgrading of the industries etc.Therefore,local private universities should change concepts according to the practical situation,do a good job in the orientation of talent training,innovate the mode of talent training,and improve the management level so as to constantly enhance the core competitiveness.
