促愈汤联合常规治疗对低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Cuyu Decoction Combined with Routine Treatment on Patients with Low Simple Anal Fistula after Operation

目的 探讨促愈汤联合常规治疗对低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年5月—2021年5月该院收治的低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者226例,按照随机数表法,分为对照组与观察组,各113例。对照组接受常规治疗(常规专科换药、静滴抗生素、涂抹解毒生肌膏),观察组在此基础上加用促愈汤治疗,比较两组创面愈合率、创面pH值、创面肉芽生长评分与并发症发生情况。结果 观察组治疗7、14 d后的创面愈合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=11.694、8.329,P<0.05);两组术后3、7、14 d的创面pH值差异无统计学意义(t=0.624、0.534、1.328,P>0.05);观察组术后7 d与14 d的创面肉芽生长评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.386、15.622,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.697,P<0.05)。结论 促愈汤联合常规治疗可使低位单纯性肛瘘术后患者的创面愈合加快,并减少并发症的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Cuyu decoction combined with conventional therapy on patients with low simple anal fistula.Methods A total of 226 patients with low simple anal fistula in the hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 113 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment(conventional specialist dressing change,intravenous infusion of antibiotics,application of Jiedu Shengji ointment),on the basis the observation group was treated with Cuyu Decoction.The wound healing rate,wound pH value,wound granulation growth score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The wound healing rate of the observation group after treatment for 7 d and 14 d was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=11.694,8.329,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in wound pH between the two groups at 3 d,7 d and 14 d after operation(t=0.624,0.534,1.328,P>0.05).The wound granulation growth scores of the observation group at 7 d and 14 d after operation were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.386,15.622,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=7.697,P<0.05).Conclusion Cuyu decoction combined with conventional treatment can accelerate the wound healing of patients with low simple anal fistula and reduce the occurrence of complications.
