教育信息化背景下在线学习满意度的调查研究

摘要 教育信息化时代背景下的在线学习具有极高的研究价值,满意度能作为衡量标准,供研究者探索在线学习的效果和质量。研究采用问卷调查法,以天津师范大学教育学部研究生为调查对象,从学习者特性、课程与资源、辅导与交流和技术与功能四方面探索影响在线学习满意度的因素。结合数据及分析结果,提出可行性意见和建议,改善已有问题,促进满意度的提升,促进在线教育的变革。 Online learning in the information age of education has high research value,and satisfaction can be used as a measurement standard for researchers to explore the effect and quality of online learning.This study uses the questionnaire survey method,taking graduate students from the Faculty of Education of Tianjin Normal University as the survey object,to explore the factors affecting online learning satisfaction from four aspects:learner characteristics,courses and resources,tutoring and communication,and technology and functions.Combining data and analysis results,we put forward feasible opinions and suggestions to solve existing problems,improve satisfaction,and promote the transformation of online education.
