摘要
为确定合理的光面爆破装药结构,布孔参数,周边孔、掏槽孔、崩落孔、底孔的钻孔深度和角度,以及起爆参数等,对辽宁清原抽水蓄能电站通风兼安全洞全断面开挖生产性试验过程及成果进行研究分析。试验中分别对炸药单耗、装药参数、增设边顶拱交接孔及装药结构进行调整,并对每次试验数据进行相关性分析。爆破试验共进行了4次,选取第4次试验数据作为最优的爆破施工参数。本次试验发现,针对不同类别岩石选择合理的爆破参数对全断面洞室开挖是极为重要的。
The productive test process and results of full section excavation of ventilation and safety hole in Liaoning Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station are studied and analyzed in order to determine reasonable smooth blasting charge structure,hole distribution parameters,drilling depth and angle of peripheral hole,cut hole,caving hole,bottom hole,and initiation parameters,etc.The single consumption of explosive,charging parameters,adding side top arch connecting hole and charging structure are adjusted respectively during the test.The correlation analysis of each test data is carried out.The blasting test is carried out for 4 times.The data of the 4th test is selected as the optimal blasting construction parameters.It is found through the test that the selection of reasonable blasting parameters is very important aiming at different types of rock.
