摘要
教育是奥林匹克运动的安身立命之本,开展奥林匹克教育是确保奥林匹克运动可持续发展的必由之路。因北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会成功申办,有组织有计划的奥林匹克教育活动在中国第二次开启,从传承和创新的视角,对历时约7年的北京冬奥会奥林匹克教育的教育内容、教育载体、教育机制进行了全面分析。北京冬奥会奥林匹克教育由教育内容——奥林匹克核心价值、教育载体——奥林匹克文化、教育机制——有组织有计划、教育目标——促进人的全面发展和教育对象——青少年五大要素构成;“人类命运共同体理念”“冬奥精神”“一起向未来”的口号与奥林匹克价值理念高度耦合,全面拓展了奥林匹克价值体系的内涵和外延,丰富了奥林匹克教育内容,同时为国际奥林匹克运动留下了融入中国文化的宝贵精神财富;具有中国文化的奥林匹克教育资源,为国际奥林匹克教育留下了丰富的奥林匹克教育载体遗产;在新时代中国治理体系建设背景下开展的北京冬奥会奥林匹克教育,建立具有鲜明中国特色的“共建共治共享”的组织治理体系,联动制定了政策计划,打造“奥林匹克教育示范校”和“冰雪运动特色校”同步建设的奥林匹克教育的“中国方案”,为国际奥林匹克教育贡献了中国智慧。
Education is the foundation for the Olympic Movement,and the development of Olympic education is the only way to ensure the sustainable development of the Olympic Movement.Due to the successful bid for the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games,the organized and planned Olympic education activities have been launched for the second time in China,and from the perspective of inheritance and innovation,the educational content,educational carrier and education mechanism of Olympic education in Beijing,which lasted for about 7 years,were comprehensively analyzed.Olympic Education via the Beijing Winter Olympics consist of five elements including content(Olympic key values),channels(Olympic culture),system(organized and planned),objective(promoting the harmonious development of humankind)and object(youth).It has proven that connotation and extension of the Olympic value system has been expanded due to the high coupling between the Olympic philosophy and“A Community with a Shared Future for Mankind”,“spirits of Beijing Winter Olympics”and slogan of“Together for a Shared Future”,which,consequently,has enriched the content of Olympic education,leaving the valuable spiritual wealth integrated Chinese culture for the international Olympic movement.The Olympic education resources with Chinese characteristics has left the rich Olympic education channel legacy for the international Olympic education.It is the Olympic Education via the Beijing Winter Olympics initiated under the context of construction of Chinese governance system in the New Era that has forged“co-development,co-governance and sharing”governance system with the unique feature of China,collaboratively issued the policy and planning,and innovated the“Chinese Scheme”for the synchronized construction of“Olympic Education Demonstration Schools”and“Ice and Snow Sports Schools,contributing the Chinese wisdom to the international Olympic education.
