近些年随着我国农村经济的快速发展,我国农村的环境污染问题也越来越严重。当前加强对农村污染的防治工作非常重要,相关部门要加大整治力度,要从根本上解决农村环境污染的问题。本文对农村环境污染防治的法治路径进行探究,从而更好解决农村环境污染问题。

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s rural economy,China’s rural environmental pollution has become more and more serious.At present,it is very important to strengthen the prevention and control of rural pollution.Relevant departments should intensify the rectification and solve the problem of rural environmental pollution fundamentally.In this paper,the rural environmental pollution prevention and control of the rule of law path to explore,so as to better solve the rural environmental pollution problems.
