摘要
针对质子交换膜燃料电池最常出现的膜干和水淹故障,提出了一种基于模糊规则的容错控制策略,介绍了故障诊断模块、决策模块和控制重构模块的作用及结构,用模糊控制的方法控制背压阀开度,缓解膜干和水淹故障,在硬件在环测试系统机柜上对容错控制策略进行测试。结果表明,当故障发生时,背压阀开度可以在6 s内改变,有效调节阴极出口流量,使阴极水量达到正常范围,电堆电压恢复到当前功率下的正常范围,燃料电池恢复到健康状态。
In response to the drying and flooding failures frequently occurred in proton exchange membrane fuel cell,a fault-tolerant control strategy based on fuzzy rules is proposed in this paper.It introduces the function and structure of fault diagnosis module,decision-making module,and control reconstruction module in details.By adopting the method of fuzzy control to control the opening of back pressure valve,the drying and flooding failures are alleviated.What’s more,hardware-in-the-looptestingis conducted to fault-tolerant control strategy.The results showed that when a failure happens,the opening of back pressure valve can change within six seconds to effectively adjust the cathode outlet flow,to keep water in the membrane within the normal range,and to restore stack voltage to the normal range under the current power,which can bring the fuel cell back to its healthy condition.
