摘要
现阶段,中国已经建成全球规模最大、品类最全、配套完整的汽车工业体系。随着我国制造能力的大幅提升,以及消费者对购车需求的进一步明确,个性化定制车辆的生产制造模式已经出现。经过车企的数年探索与研究,汽车行业已经初步建成面向消费者大规模个性化定制的服务能力。研究结果表明,汽车整车大规模个性化定制范式已经形成,同时汽车整车大规模个性化定制过程需要具有覆盖车企数字化营销与配置选择、柔性化研发生产、用户服务与运营,供应链协同等方面的标准,对其进一步发展提供标准支撑。
At this stage,China has built an automobile industry system with the largest scale,the most complete categories and complete supporting facilities in the world.With the substantial improvement of China’s manufacturing capacity and the further clarification of consumers’demand for cars,the production and manufacturing mode of customized vehicles has emerged.After several years of research,the automotive industry has built the preliminary service capacity of mass personalized customization for consumers.The research results show that the paradigm of vehicle mass customization has been formed.At the same time,the process of vehicle mass customization needs standards covering vehicle enterprises’digital marketing and configuration selection,flexible R&D and production,user service and operation,supply chain coordination and so on,so as to provide support for its further development.
