摘要 针对当前新经济发展时代和企业行业对工程技术人才需求的变化,武汉理工大学材料成型及控制工程专业立足于工程认证要求,从培养目标、课程体系、教学理念、教学模式、育人平台和教师队伍建设等方面探索人才培养模式改革措施,培养适应新经济发展需求的新工科人才。 According to the changes of engineering and technical talent required from the enterprise industry under the current new era of economic development, based on the engineering certification requirements, talent cultivation mode reform measures were explored from the aspects of training object, course system, teaching ideas, teaching mode, educational platform, and teachers team construction in material forming and control engineering specialty of Wuhan University of Technology, to cultivate emerging engineering talents to meet the demands of new economic development.
