疏肝之法在肛门坠胀治疗中的临床运用

Clinical application of soothing the liver in the treatment of anal pendant expansion

肛门坠胀不是一种疾病,而是现在肛肠科常见的一种临床症状,对于肛门坠胀的治疗方案,目前中西医治疗多以临床经验为主,西医治疗多考虑从原发病而治,而中医治病讲究辨证论治。经过相关中医学者的研究,认为中医治疗肛门坠胀是一大特色,但因为肛门坠胀病因复杂且没有系统化的理论支持,中医治疗肛门坠胀也是各有理念,没有定式。而随着以肛门坠胀为主要表现的患者日益增多,对于肛门坠胀患者的系统诊治也愈发重要。唐智军教授在长期临床观察中,发现多数肛门坠胀的患者多伴有不同程度的情志异常,或伴有其他的肝脏所主之症,基于此,唐智军教授通过长期的临床实践,发现在肛门坠胀患者的治疗过程中,合理运用疏肝之法,可取得较为理想的效果,本文基于唐智军教授的观点和经验,总结阐述疏肝之法在肛门坠胀治疗中的临床运用,旨在为临床应用提供资料支撑。

Anal pendant expansion is not a disease,but a clinical symptom in anorectal department,for its treatment plan,the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is mainly clinical experience,Western medicine mostly considers the treatment from the primary disease,while traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment.After the research of relevant Chinese medicine scholars,traditional Chinese medicine has unique curative effect in anal pendant expansion,but because the cause of anal pendant expansion is complicated and there is no systematic theoretical support,traditional Chinese medicine has different ideas in the treatment of anal pendant expansion.With the increasing number of patients with anal pendant expansion,the systematic diagnosis and treatment of patients with it is becoming more and more important.In long-term clinical observation,Professor Tang Zhijun found that most patients with different degrees abnormal emotion,or with other symptom from liver,for this reason,Professor Tang Zhijun found in the treatment of anal pendant expansion,the rational use of soothing the liver can achieve more ideal results.Based on the viewpoint and experience of Professor Tang Zhijun,this paper summarizes and expounds the clinical application of the method of relieving liver in the treatment of anal distension,aiming to provide data support for clinical application.
