摘要
为科学、合理开发利用清镇市五矿(贵州)铁合金有限公司地块,避免地块内遗留污染物造成环境污染和经济损失,针对该地块及周边环境地质背景条件、土壤结构类型、历史开发利用情况和受污染状况进行了调查分析。通过实地调查、采样测试、分析研究,结合地块所在区域的岩土、水文地质条件,全面分析了地块内的污染物种类,对照相应的筛选值,得到了地块重金属镉、砷、铅、镍检测值已超过管控值,地表水污染物为锰,地下水微生物超标的结果,该地块环境现状属于污染地块,需进行环境修复工作后方可开发利用,同时为地块的未来利用决策和环境管理提供了科学依据。
In order to scientifically and rationally develop and utilize the land of Qingzhen Minmetals(Guizhou) Ferroalloy Co.,Ltd.,and avoid environmental pollution and economic losses caused by the pollutants left in the land,for this plot and its surrounding environmental geological background conditions,soil structure types,historical development and utilization situation and the pollution situation were investigated and analyzed.Through on-the-spot investigation,sampling test,analysis and research,combined with the geotechnical and hydrogeological conditions of the area where the plot is located,the pollutant types in the plot were comprehensively analyzed. Compared with the corresponding screening value,the detection value of cadmium,arsenic,lead and nickel in the plot has exceeded the control value,the surface water pollutant is manganese,and the groundwater microorganism exceeds the standard. The environmental status of the plot belongs to the contaminated plot,which needs to be developed and utilized after environmental remediation.At the same time,it provides a scientific basis for the future utilization decision and environmental management of the plot.
