在河湖长制管理需求的基础上,将河湖长制建设的任务引入其中,并应用相关的云服务以及遥感等技术,构建河湖长制综合信息管理平台。该平台内容丰富、完整,不仅可以对相关信息进行实时监测,还可以使相关任务进行协同作业,甚至使相关考核向自动化方向进行转变。因此,如何在云服务下合理化设计该管理平台成为全新的课题,文章对其进行全面的研究和讨论。
