Research on Digital Economy Cooperation among Countries along the “Belt and Road”

近年来,“一带一路”沿线国家把握智能化和数字化发展趋势,加强数字基础设施建设,促进国家间数字经济合作与发展。在以数字经济推动“一带一路”国际合作过程中,既面临新科技革命推动产业数字化发展、各国积极开展数字基础设施建设与合作、移动支付逐渐普及、中国在“一带一路”数字经济领域中的影响力逐年提升等机遇,也面临数字经济国际规则和相关合作机制尚未确立、数字经济空间治理体系不完善、数据安全问题不断升级、沿线国家数字经济发展水平不均衡等挑战。在此背景下,应强化多方合作,共同谋划数字经济合作发展之路,确立数字贸易规则与合作机制、完善“一带一路”数字空间治理体系、构建“一带一路”数字网络安全共同体、推动沿线国家数字经济协调发展,以助力“一带一路”的健康持续发展。

In recent years,countries along the “Belt and Road”have grasped the development trend of intelligence and digitalization,strengthened the construction of digital infrastructure,and promoted the cooperation and development of digital economy among countries.In the process of promoting the“Belt and Road”international cooperation with the digital economy,China is faced with various opportunities,such as the new technological revolution to promote the digital development of the industry,the active development of digital infrastructure and cooperation among countries,the popularization of mobile payment,and the enhancement of its influence in the “Belt and Road”digital economy.At the same time,China is also facing challenges such as the lack of established international rules for the digital economy and related cooperation mechanisms,the imperfect governance system of the digital economy space,the escalating data security issues,and the uneven development of the digital economy in the countries along the route.In this context,it is necessary to strengthen multi-party cooperation,jointly plan the road of digital economic cooperation and development,and help the healthy and sustainable development of the “Belt and Road”construction.
