摘要
教育领域中流行的“质量”话语把“教育质量”看作教育服务质量和教育产品质量的总和,教育活动被导向生产模式或服务模式,其教育质量保障,因用质量指标体系管理、监测、评价教育活动过程与教育产品,导致教育活动的标准化、工具化、效率化、程序化。教育作为实践,是人类创造自身美善的德艺行动,其自身的品质以好教育的追求为特征,好教育是教育实践在伦理、价值、技艺上的卓越。只有教育质量体系回归实践属性,追求好教育,实现教育实践的伦理性、正当性、价值性、艺术性,才能实现教育的善品质。教育实践只有依赖于教育主体的目的意识、实践智慧、原则意识等,才能成就好教育的现实形态。
The discourse on"quality"being popular in the field of education,educational quality is viewed as the sum of the quality of educational service and the quality of educational products,and educational activities are oriented to the modes of production or services.To ensure the quality of education,we use the quality index system to manage,monitor and evaluate educational activities and products,which results in standardized,instrumentalized,efficiency-oriented and procedural educational activities.Being a practice,education is an action for human beings to create good and beauty for themselves;their qualities feature their pursuit of good education,and good education is reflected in superb morals,value and skills in educational practice.The good qualities of education can be achieved only through the return of the educational quality system to practice,the pursuit of good education,and ethical,legitimate,value-oriented,and artistic educational practice.Only by educators’awareness of purpose,practical wisdom,and awareness of principles can educational practice achieve a realistic pattern of good education.
