国内外军人家庭抗逆力的研究进展

Research progress on military family resilience at home and abroad

作为一类特殊家庭,军人家庭面对着诸多压力,军人家庭抗逆力水平直接影响其家庭功能,进而影响军人的战斗力。我们通过分析国内外军人家庭抗逆力的相关研究,从军人家庭抗逆力的理论、评估工具、调查研究、干预项目等方面进行综述,并分析相关研究趋势。综述发现,国内外均有专门针对军人家庭抗逆力的量化工具,但调查类研究尤其是纵向研究较为少见,相比之下,国外军人家庭抗逆力的理论研究和干预项目较为丰富,提示我国应加大发展军人抗逆力的本土化理论研究,同时有关我国军人抗逆力的纵向研究和干预项目的构建也是值得探讨的方向。

As a special kind of family,military families are facing a lot of pressure.The resilience of military families plays a crucial role in keeping their family function and the combat effectiveness of soldiers.By analyzing the relevant research on military family resilience at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the theory,assessment tools,investigation and intervention projects of military family resilience,and analyzes the related research trends.It is found that there were quantitative tools for military family resilience at home and abroad,however,little investigation studies,especially the longitudinal research,were found.Comparatively,there were more theoretical research and intervention projects of foreign military family resilience,suggesting that the theoretical research on the military family resilience in China should be enhanced,and the longitudinal research and the intervention projects also deserve exploring.
