多元化教学联合反思日记在护士规范化培训中的应用

Application of multi-teaching combined with reflective diary in standardized training of nurses

目的分析在护士规范化培训中应用多元化教学以及反思日记的效果.方法选择高州市人民医院2020年1月-2021年1月期间开展规范化培训的30名护士作为研究对象,并采用随机分组的方式将其分为观察组和对照组,各15名,其中对照组护士采用常规教学方式,观察组则在前者的基础上应用多元化教学方式以及反思日记进行培训,其中多元化教学方案包括情景模拟、典型案例、角色转换等方式,通过考核的方式对比两组护士的理论成绩和操作水平,并对其综合能力进行评估,评估项目包括劳动纪律、主动意识、临床能力、沟通能力、奉献精神、协作能力等.结果在经过培训后,观察组护士的理论成绩以及操作水平评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;且观察组护士的劳动纪律、主动意识、临床能力、沟通能力、奉献精神以及协作能力评分显著高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论在规范化培训的过程中,多元化教学联合反思日记可以通过多种形式的教学模式发挥作用,反思日记可促使护士不断审视自身,并在学习和培训的过程中发现自我不足,起到了针对性补充的作用,最终提高护士的理论成绩和操作水平,加强医护人员的综合能力,值得研究和借鉴.

Objective To apply diversifed teaching and the fflet of relclive diary in standardized training of nursesMethods Choose our hospital between January 2020 and January 2021 to carry out the standardized training of 30 murses as the research olbject,and USES the random groupingit can be divided into observation group and control group.each 15.which contols the nurse the conventional leaching methods,observation group on the basis of the former application of diversified teaching methods and training rfleetion diarydiversified teaching scheme including scene simulation,typical cases,role transformation,compared two groups of nurses by means of evaluation.theory achievement and operation level,and to evaluate is comprehensive ability,sssment projects including labor discipline,active consciousness,clinical ability.communication skills,dedication and cooperation ability,elc.Results Afer training,the theoretical scores and operation level scores of nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,.P<0.05;the scores of labor disciplineactive consciounesclinical ability.communication ability,dedication and cllaboraion ability of nurses in the observation group were sgnificanly higher than those in the control group.P<0.05.the dfference was stisicallyl significant.Conclusion Joint in the process of standardization training,diversifcation of teaching relection diary can play a role through a variety of forms of teaching me,ellection diary nurses can examine ourselves constanly,and in the process of learming and training found that self is insufficient,have the ffect of the targeted supplement,eventually improve the nurse's theory achievement and operation level,strengthen the comprehensive ability medical saff,worthy of study and reference.
