补气生化汤治疗剖宫产后气虚血瘀型恶露不绝临床观察

Clinical Observation on Buqi Shenghua Decoction on Lochia Due to Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis after Cesarean Section

目的探讨补气生化汤联合针刺对剖宫产后气虚血瘀型恶露不绝的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月—2020年7月沈阳市妇婴医院诊断为剖宫产后气虚血瘀型患者108例,随机分为2组,各54例。对照组采用益母草片+头孢拉定胶囊治疗,试验组采用补气生化汤+头孢拉定胶囊治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、血性恶露持续时间及排出量、子宫下降幅度。结果与对照组总有效率81.48%(44/54)相比,试验组98.15%(53/54)有效率较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组血性恶露持续时间较短,治疗后4 d恶露排出量较少(P<0.05),试验组治疗后子宫下降幅度较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与益母草片相比,补气生化膏治疗剖宫产后气虚血瘀型恶露不止的临床疗效更佳,有效缩短血性恶露持续的时间,加速恶露的排出,加快子宫恢复。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Buqi Shenghua decoction combined with acupuncture on lochia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis after cesarean section.Methods 108 cases of lochia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis after cesarean section patients in Shenyang Maternity and Infant Hospital from February 2020 to July 2020 were randomly divided into two groups,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was treated with motherwort tablets and cefradine capsules,and the experimental group was treated with Buqi Shenghua decoction and cefradine capsules.The therapeutic effect,duration and output of bloody lochia,and uterine decline were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 98.15%(53/54)which was higher than 81.48%(44/54)of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,lochia rubra lasted shorter in the experimental group,lochia rubra excretion was less 4 d after treatment(P<0.05),and uterine decline in the experimental group was higher after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with motherwort tablets,Buqi Shenghua decoction has better therapeutic effect on lochia due to qi deficiency and blood stasis after cesarean section,which can effectively shorten the duration of bloody lochia,accelerate the discharge of lochia and accelerate the recovery of uterus.
