摘要 加大校企“双主体”共建共管企业学院的推进力度,筑牢专业“人才共育、成果共享、资源共用、责任共担”的命运共同体,是党中央对新阶段职业教育所明确的全新的时代要求。唯有立足学校定位、服务面向和特色优势,唯有坚守以专业企业学院协同育人为初心做好顶层设计、坚持以增强适应性为指针系统重塑专业群结构、坚定以服务发展为价值取向全面提升教育能力与服务能力,才有可能合力培养和精准供给行业企业所急需的产业大军,也才有可能进一步关注多元主体的利益诉求并有效激发企业重要育人主体作用,最终助力实现更有质量的校企校地协同发展。 It is the CPC Central Committee’s brand-new requirement of both colleges and their cooperative enterprises to keep taking greater and concerted efforts to build and run enterprise colleges.Thus a college-enterprise community of shared future comes into being,in which we are expected to cultivate talents hand-in-hand,to share bilateral resources and results,and to shoulder corresponding responsibilities.Only based on college orientation,service fields,characteristics&advantages can we make our top-level design in sticking to enterprise-college talents’cultivation,reshape profession clusters systematically to increase their adaptability as pointer,strengthen profession cooperation&cross-border integration to insist on supporting development.In the course of doing all those above,we can cultivate and offer talents badly needed by our cooperative enterprises,stimulate enterprises’role as important body in talents’cultivation,and improve both educational and service capabilities.
