A Review of Research on the Lifelong Learning Public Service Platform

终身学习公共服务平台是随着信息化普及、人的素质攀升、社会结构转型出现的学习型平台。当前这方面的研究主要集中在对使用者需求分析、开发技术与架构、整体性功能、学习资源建设、个性化服务等探索性研究,并取得了一些成果。关于终身学习公共服务平台概念的界定,以及国外如美国凤凰城大学、英国开放大学的成功经验和国内平台的发展过程分析,将是终身学习公共服务平台文献研究方面的有力补充。

The lifelong learning public service platform is a learning platform that emerges with the popularization of informatization,the improvement of human quality,and the transformation of social structure.At present,the research mainly focuses on the exploratory research of user demand analysis,development technology and structure,integrated function,learning resource construction,personalized service,and some achievements have been made.The definition of the public service platform for lifelong learning,the successful experience of the University of Phoenix in the United States and the Open University in the United Kingdom,and the analysis of the development process of the platform in China will be a strong supplement to the literature research on the public service platform for lifelong learning.
