摘要
以北京城市副中心站交通枢纽城际车站一区施工情况为背景,根据现场的实际状况,通过多维度方案设计、受力模型建立分析、BIM模型建立指导、现场实际操作应用,制订合理的型钢桁架单侧墙体支撑体系。满足设计图纸工艺复杂的要求,同时加快了施工进度并保证了与明挖隧道的相互协调,取得了良好的经济技术效益。结合北京交通枢纽项目现场实际情况,重点阐述明挖逆作法盾构接收竖井墙体单侧桁架支撑体系方案设计与应用。
Based on the intercity station zone I construction of Beijing suburban railway sub-center station traffic hub,this paper designed reasonable profile steel truss unilateral wall support system through multi-dimensional scheme design,force modeling analysis,BIM modeling guidance and practical application according to field conditions.This system could satisfy the complex process requirement of design drawings,reduce the construction period and guarantee cooperation with open excavation tunnel.Favorable economic and technical benefits were obtained.This paper especially introduced the scheme design and application of open excavation top-down shield receiving vertical shaft wall unilateral truss support system.
