摘要
材料成型与加工课程是一门知识点繁杂、成型设备复杂、成型过程抽象的材料类核心课程。以地方高校应用型人才培养为导向,如何有效完成课程教学是亟待解决的难题。针对材料成型与加工课程特点与教学中存在的问题,优化课程内容体系,开展线上线下混合式教学、案例教学、虚拟仿真教学等教学改革,着重提高学生应用型创新实践能力,培养满足区域材料加工产业需求的应用型人才。
As a core course of Materials,Material Forming and Processing course exhibits the characteristics of the complex knowledge points,complex molding equipment and abstract molding process.Guided by the cultivation of applied talents in local colleges,how to effectively complete the course teaching is an urgent problem to be solved.In view of the course characteristics and the problems of curriculum teaching,the curriculum design and teaching methods were discussed,and some teaching reform measures were put forward,such as the optimization of curriculum design,online and offline mixed teaching,the case teaching,the virtual simulation teaching,focusing on the improvement of students’practical ability for applied innovation,and training the applied talents to meet the needs of regional material processing industry.
