摘要
受设计和加工制造水平的限制和投运时间增长,早期投运的灯泡贯流式机组的设备缺陷问题也逐步凸显,急需进行设备改造。以凌津滩电厂主轴密封漏水为例,通过对机组主轴密封结构的优化、材料更新等,既解决了主轴密封严重漏水,又提升了转轮联轴螺栓和水轮机主轴的安全性,延长了检修周期,提高了检修的便捷性,改造效果显著。
Due to the limitation of design and manufacturing level and the increase of operation time,defects of the bulb tubular hydro-turbine unit that put into operation in previous years are gradually observed and the equipment renovation is necessary.Taking the treatment of the water leakage problem of the main shaft seal in Lingjintan Hydropower Plant as an example,the renovation work of the unit is introduced,including the optimization of the main shaft seal structure and the replacement of the seal material.It not only solves the serious water leakage problem of the main shaft seal,but also improves the safety of the runner coupling bolts and the main shaft with extension of the maintenance cycle and improvement of the maintenance convenience.The renovation is of remarkable effects.
