挤出模具失效因素分析及疏水性涂层制备

摘要 对造成挤出机模具尺寸偏差与表面精度偏差的主要因素进行分析,运用ANSYS软件对模具的工作状态进行受力分析,仿真模具在磨损前与磨损后在相同载荷下的变形并与工件实际变形量进行对比;通过超景深显微镜观察模具的表面微观情况,对比上下表面的磨损情况,得到模具的主要失效因素为原料在生产过程中的腐蚀性。针对此现象,提出使用电化学加工方法制备2Cr13不锈钢表面疏水性微观形貌。结果表明:优化后2Cr13不锈钢表面具有圆形凹坑状的疏水性涂层,可以有效提高模具的耐腐蚀性,进而增加模具的使用寿命。 The main factors causing the size deviation and surface accuracy deviation of the extruder die were analyzed,the stress analysis of the die working state was carried out by using ANSYS software,the die deformations under same load before and after the wear were simulated and compared with the actual deformation of the workpiece;the surface micro situation of the die was observed by using the ultra depth microscope,the wears of upper and lower surface were compared,so the main failure factor of the mold was the corrosion of raw materials in the production process.Aiming at this phenomenon,the electrochemical machining method was used to prepare the hydrophobic surface micro morphology of 2Cr13 stainless steel.The results show that the optimized 2Cr13 stainless steel surface has a circular pit-shaped hydrophobic coating,by which the corrosion resistance of the mold can be effectively improved,and the service life of the mold can be increased.
