摘要
黄铜仿金饰品耐蚀性较差,且在日常佩戴中容易脏污,影响装饰效果。采用反应磁控溅射工艺在饰用黄铜表面沉积SiO;底膜,再用真空蒸镀法沉积有机氟化物防指纹膜。采用测色仪、接触角测试仪、橡皮耐磨试验机、摩擦系数仪、腐蚀试验箱等手段检测膜层颜色、疏水(油)性、耐磨性和耐蚀性。结果表明:分别控制SiO_(2)底膜镀覆时间和AF膜蒸镀时间在150 s和600 s内,初始真空度不超过4.5×10^(-3)Pa,有利于减小黄铜与纯金的色差,提高表面膜层的水(油)接触角,并改善其耐磨性和耐蚀性。在合适工艺参数下,黄铜饰品表面镀覆防指纹膜可同时获得优良的仿金效果和抗脏污效果。
Gold-imitating brass ornaments have poor corrosion resistance and are prone to get dirty, diminishing the adornment effect. In this work, a SiO_(2) based film was deposited on the brass substrate by reactive magnetron sputtering process, followed by an anti-fingerprint(AF) film of organic fluoride deposited by vacuum evaporation method. The AF film’s performances in the aspects of color, hydrophobicity, lipophobicity, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance were tested through the spectrophotometer, contact angle tester, friction coefficient tester and corrosion test chamber, etc. Results showed that a depositing time for SiO_(2)-based film within 150 s and for AF film within 600 s and an initial vacuum degree no more than 4.5×10^(-3)Pa could not only narrow the color difference between brass and pure gold, but also improve the contact angle, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance of the AF film. If deposited with suitable process parameters, brass ornaments deposited the AF film could obtain excellent golden color and anti-smudging performance simultaneously.
