摘要
以C大学道路工程专业为例,开展专业学位硕士研究生课程满意度调查研究。遵循OBE理论中强调学生课程学习成果导向与获得感的原则,并结合“以学生为主体”“逆向构建”以及“能力导向”原则,构建研究生课程满意度评价指标,定量地反映研究生对专业课程的满意度。通过对课程整体满意度、评价指标维度内满意度以及满意度相关性的分析,提出课程体系优化设计方案。从通用能力、专业能力和核心竞争力等几个方面考虑,将专业选修课划分为专业实践课、专业前沿课、专业试验课,旨在锻炼研究生的实用技能、拓宽认知范围与加强规范意识。
At present, the education and training of professional postgraduate students in engineering colleges and universities have entered a period of rapid development, and it is increasingly urgent to improve the training quality of professional postgraduate students. Curriculum quality is a necessary link to guarantee the quality of graduate education, and the degree of graduate curriculum satisfaction reflects the quality of graduate curriculum development. This paper takes Road Engineering major in C University as an example to investigate the degree satisfaction of professional graduate courses. In accordance with the OBE theory,which emphasizes students’ learning achievement orientation and sense of gain, and in combination with the principles of “student-centered”, “reverse construction”, and “competence-oriented”, it constructs the evaluation index of graduate degree satisfaction to quantitatively reflect the degree satisfaction of graduate students with the current professional courses. Through the analysis of the overall course satisfaction, the satisfaction within the evaluation index dimension and the correlation of the degree of satisfaction, the optimization design of the course system is proposed. From the general ability, professional ability and the core competitiveness of the field, professional elective courses are divided into professional practice courses,professional frontier courses and professional experiment courses, in order to train graduate’s practical skills, broaden the cognitive scope and strengthen the understanding of specifications.
