一种薄壁滑套的热处理变形控制

摘要 本文采用对比试验研究了淬火冷却速度对薄壁滑套零件的有效硬化层深、心部硬度和椭圆度的影响。结果表明:随着淬火冷却速度的降低,零件的硬化层深、心部硬度和椭圆度均降低。并通过工艺改进有效解决了零件变形问题,达到了图纸的技术要求。 The effects of quenching cooling rate on the effective hardening thickness,core hardness and ovality of thin-walled sliding sleeve parts were studied through comparative experiments.The results showed that with the decrease of quenching cooling rate,the hardening thickness,core hardness and ovality of the parts decreased.Moreover,the deformation of parts was effectively solved by improved process,and the technical requirements of the drawings were met.
