摘要
数字经济具有放大、叠加和倍增效应,已成为重组要素资源的关键力量,正在重塑高等教育的发展格局,对大学功能、教育结构和组织形态产生系统性、深层次变革。数字赋能的动力驱动、教育需求的升级拉动、服务面向的主导推动形成整体合力促进高校组织形态变革。基于目前高等教育融入和推动数字经济发展中面临的变化和挑战,系统分析了包括组织技术、组织结构、组织行政、组织文化在内的高校组织形态变革四要素内涵特征。基于无边界组织理论,改进性提出打破时间、空间、管理、地理(文化)四类边界分析框架,形成更具弹性更加高效的高校组织形态变革行动方略。
With its amplification, superposition, and multiplication effects, digital economy has become a key force in restructuring elemental resources, reshaping the development model of higher education, and bringing systematic and in-depth changes in university functions, educational structures, and organizational forms.The driving force of digital empowerment, the upgrade in educational needs, and the service-oriented leading principle have led to an overall synergy in promoting the organizational reform of colleges and universities.Based on the changes and challenges that higher education faces in integrating into and promoting the development of digital economy, this paper systematically analyzes the connotations of four elements of organizational reform in colleges and universities, which are the organizational technology, structure, administration, and culture. According to the theory of boundaryless organization, it is proposed to break the four boundary analysis frameworks--time, space, management, and geography(culture) to construct a more flexible and efficient action strategy for the reform of the organizational form of colleges and universities.
