摘要
目的探讨基于MOOC的病例讨论导入式教学法在外科实习教学中应用价值。方法选取2019年10月—2020年11月到湖北医药学院附属随州医院外科实习的60名实习生作为本次研究的观察目标,并采用随机法将60名实习生设为对照组和观察组,每组30名,对照组采用传统教学法,观察组采用基于MOOC的病例讨论导入式教学法,对比两组理论成绩、技能操作以及实习生进行自我教学效果的评估情况。结果观察组理论成绩、技能操作评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组教学效果的评估情况显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在外科实习教学中,采用基于MOOC的病例讨论导入式教学法具有良好的应用效果,能够有效提高实习生的理论成绩、技能操作,培养实习生发现问题和解决问题的能力,提升外科水平,值得在临床上推广与应用。
To explore the application value of MOOC-based case discussion leading-in teaching method in surgical practice teaching.Methods 60 interns who went to Suizhou Hospital Affiliated to Hubei Medical College from October 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the observation objectives of this study,and 60 interns were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 in each group.The control group adopted traditional teaching method,and the observation group adopted MOOC based case discussion lead-in teaching method.The theoretical scores of the two groups were compared skill operation and the evaluation of interns'self teaching effect.Results The scores of theory and skill operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the evaluation of teaching effect in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the MOOC-based case discussion introduction teaching method is effective,effectively improving the theoretical performance and technical operation of the interns,and cultivating the interns'ability to find and solve problems.It is worthy of promotion and application.
