摘要
教育公平是社会公平的基础,初级中学资源的均衡配置是初级中学教育公平实现的重要保障。本文以四川省内江市为例,基于GIS技术,运用空间密度分析、点格局类型分析、核密度分析、服务压力分析、资源质量分布分析等方法对内江市5个区县的教育资源配置情况进行分析。结果表明,当前内江市的公办初级中学资源配置在数量和质量上均存在不均衡的情况。政府相关部门不仅应在教育资源配置数量上下功夫,还应提升和均衡教育资源质量,以缩小地区间的差距,最终实现初级中学资源的均衡配置,实现初级中学教育公平。
Educational equity is the basis of social equity,and the balanced allocation of resources in junior middle schools is an important guarantee for the realization of educational equity in junior middle schools.This paper takes Neijiang city of Sichuan province as an example,based on GIS technology,using spatial density analysis,point pattern type analysis,kernel density analysis,service pressure analysis,resource quality distribution analysis and other methods to analyze the allocation of education resources in five districts and counties of Neijiang city.The results show that the resource allocation of public junior middle schools in Neijiang is unbalanced in both quantity and quality.Relevant government departments should not only make efforts in the quantity of educational resource allocation,but also improve and balance the quality of educational resources,so as to narrow the gap between regions,finally realize the balanced allocation of resources in junior middle schools,and realize the fairness of junior middle school education.
