摘要
近年来,废食用油(CO)作为沥青再生剂对老化沥青进行再生被证实是可行的方案,结果表明,CO的掺入会降低再生沥青的高温稳定性;基于此,对于改善再生沥青高温性能进行了研究。在CO的基础上,掺入能够强化沥青结构强度、增强其力学性能的PVC粉末,制得复合再生剂,并通过试验得到再生沥青三大指标、流变性能以及微观方面的红外光谱研究该再生剂作用后,再生沥青相对原沥青的恢复情况,分析再生沥青相对于老化沥青的性能的恢复程度;综合对照试验结果表明,在5%的CO与0.5%PVC粉末制备的复合再生剂作用下,再生沥青具有较佳的高低温流变性能,多项性能指标优于基质沥青。在再生过程中,CO富含的芳香组分恢复了优于沥青老化而损失的油分,保证了再生沥青的低温抗裂性能,而PVC粉末的作用改善了再生沥青的分子结构,使再生沥青能够有效地抗高温永久形变。
In recent years,the use of waste edible oil(CO)as an asphalt regenerant to regenerate aged asphalt has been proven to be a feasible solution.However,many scholars have concluded that the incorporation of CO will reduce the high temperature stability of recycled asphalt;The high temperature performance of asphalt had been studied.On the basis of CO,PVC powder which could strengthen the structural strength of asphalt and enhance the mechanical properties was mixed to prepare a composite regenerant.The three indexes of regenerated asphalt,rheological properties and microscopic infrared spectroscopy were obtained through experiments to study the role of the regenerant the recovery of the regenerated asphalt relative to the original asphalt,and observe the performance recovery degree of the regenerated asphalt compared with the aged asphalt;the comprehensive control test results showed that under the action of the composite regenerant prepared with 5%CO and 0.5%PVC powder The obtained reclaimed asphalt had the best high and low temperature rheological properties,and many performance indexes were better than the base asphalt.During the regeneration process,the aromatic content rich in CO restores better than the oil lost due to asphalt aging,and ensured the low-temperature crack resistance performance of the recycled asphalt.The role of PVC powder strengthened the molecular structure of the recycled asphalt,so that the recycled asphalt could be Effectively resist permanent deformation at high temperature.
