摘要
针对现有直流漏电流传感保护的故障识别率较低,供电可靠性较差的问题,设计一种基于接地故障特征增强识别的直流漏电流传感保护器。微控制芯片型号为ATAVR 12单片机,电源模块能够在直流20~150 V范围内稳定运行,振荡电路包括电压比较器、反馈形式等,中央处理器型号为STM23F704ZGT5,由电流传感器、电压传感器等构成传感器模块。通过卷积神经网络进行直流漏电流接地故障特征增强识别,结合漏电检测模块,应用中断服务程序实现外部触发中断。仿真测试结果表明,该功能的故障识别率与供电可靠性均较优。
Aiming at the problems of low fault recognition rate and poor power supply reliability of existing DC leakage current sensing protection,a DC leakage current sensing protection based on enhanced recognition of grounding fault features is designed.The micro control chip model is AT AVR 12 single chip microcomputer,the power module can operate stably in the DC range of 20~150 V,the oscillation circuit includes voltage comparator,feedback form,etc.,the central processor model is STM23F704ZGT5,and the sensor module is composed of current sensor,voltage sensor,etc.Convolution neural network is used to enhance the recognition of DC leakage current of ground fault features.Combined with leakage detection module,interrupt service program is applied to realize external trigger interrupt.The simulation test results show that the fault recognition rate and power supply reliability of this function are better.
