环抛机薄片工件可调式承载器的设计与制造 被引量:1

Design and Manufacture of Adjustable Carrier for Thin Slice Workpiece of Polishing Machine by 3D Printing Technology

摘要 针对环抛机研抛薄片工件装载卸载存在的问题,设计一种适用于环抛机便于操作的薄片工件可调式承载器,实现薄片工件快速装卸,并采用3D打印技术试制。结果表明:与石蜡粘结方式相比,可调式承载器的结构简单,操作便捷,提高加工辅助效率的同时能保证装载可靠性;选用PLA塑料制造,质量轻同时硬度适中,有利于研磨抛光加工的精确加载和表面质量提升;3D打印技术试制效率高,质量好,制备成本低。 In view of the problems existing in loading and unloading of thin slice workpiece lapping and polishing by the polishing machine,an adjustable carrier was designed which was easy to operate and load/unload the thin slice workpieces.The 3D printing technology was applied to trial-manufacture the carrier.The results show that:compared with paraffin bonding mode,the structure of the adjustable carrier is simple and convenient to operate,which can improve the auxiliary efficiency of processing and ensure the loading reliability.The carrier is made of plastic with light weight and low hardness,which is conducive to accurate loading and improving surface quality during the grinding and polishing process.The 3D printing technology owns high trial-manufacture efficiency,excellent quality and low production cost.
