社区护理工作绩效评价体系的建立与实践研究

摘要 目的分析在社区护理工作中应用绩效评价体系的价值和影响。方法选取于2020年2月—2022年2月在该社区工作的50名工作人员,根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,研究组工作人员给予绩效评价体系模式,对照组工作人员接受常规护理管理。对比两组管理效果和日常工作成绩评分状况。结果研究组工作人员的管理有效率显著优于对照组,对照组工作成绩评分低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理质量评分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组工作人员生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者护理满意度得分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将绩效评价体系应用于社区护理工作中可以有效发挥促进作用,大幅度提高工作人员的积极性与态度,提升护理服务质量并拉近护患之间的关系,增强其护理工作的质量,自身综合素质以及患者对护理工作的满意度。 Objective To analyze the value and impact of applying performance evaluation system in community nursing work.Methods According to the random number table method,50 staff members who worked in the community from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group.The staff in the study group were given the performance evaluation system model,the control group staff received routine nursing management.The management effects and daily work performance scores of the two groups were compared.Results The management efficiency of the staff in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the work performance score in the control group was lower than that in the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the staff in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the control group of patients was lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the performance evaluation system to community work nursing can effectively play a promoting role and greatly improve the enthusiasm of the staff.It can improve the quality of nursing service and close the relationship between nurses and patients,enhance the quality of nursing work,their own comprehensive quality and patients'satisfaction with nursing work.
