夏热冬冷地区公寓楼节能改造研究

随着人们对居住环境需求的增加,公寓楼的能源消耗也在增加。一些夏热冬冷地区的公寓楼常出现外部维护结构的传热系数大、气密性欠佳等问题。本文以合肥市翡翠路420号8号公寓楼为案例,通过对其热工性能进行分析对夏热冬冷地区公寓楼的节能改造进行探索。

With the increasing of people’s demand for living environment,the energy consumption of apartment buildings is also increasing.Some apartment buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas often have problems such as high heat transfer coefficient and poor air tightness of envelope structures.Taking No.8 apartment building at No.420 Feicui Road of Hefei City as an example,this paper explores the energy-saving transformation of apartment buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas by analyzing their thermal performance.
