摘要
采用有限元模拟的方法,对桶内微波干燥过程中的微波场、温度场的分布进行了模拟,探讨了液位、加热时长、介电常数、微波频率对温度场的影响。结果表明,不同液位,废液表明的温度明显不同。在一定液面上,在很短的时间内即可蒸发。介电常数和微波频率对产品盐的穿透深度有明显的影响。介电常数虚部越小、微波频率越大,微波对产品盐的穿透深度越深。
The finite element simulation method was used to simulate the distribution of microwave field and temperature field during microwave drying in the barrel,and the effects of liquid level,heating time,dielectric constant and microwave frequency on the temperature field were discussed.The results show that the temperature indicated by waste liquid is obviously different at different liquid levels.On a certain liquid level,it can evaporate in a short time.Dielectric constant and microwave frequency have obvious influence on the penetration depth of product salt.The smaller the imaginary part of dielectric constant,the higher the microwave frequency,and the deeper the penetration depth of microwave into product salt.
