摘要
口吃是一种以声音的停顿、延长和重复为特征的言语障碍。其发病机制至今尚不明确,可能与生理、心理因素密切相关。口吃者说话时可伴随面部的明显紧张、眨眼或点头等一系列非言语行为,从而导致其的社交和情绪功能出现障碍。因此,需要提供有效的治疗手段,帮助患者克服口吃带来的不利影响。本文通过检索国内外相关文献,对口吃发生的相关研究现状进行归纳总结,旨在为临床治疗提供综合性思路,进一步推动口吃临床治疗的规范化。
Stuttering is a speech disorder characterized by pauses,lengthening and repetition of the voice.The pathogenesis of stuttering is unclear yet and may be closely related to physiological and psychological factors.Stutterers may speak with a series of non-verbal behaviors such as pronounced facial tension,blinking or nodding,which leads to social and emotional dysfunction of them.Therefore,it is necessary to provide effective treatments to help stutterers overcome the negative effects of stuttering.This paper summarizes the current status of studies related to the occurrence of stuttering by retrieving relevant literature at home and abroad,aiming to provide comprehensive ideas for clinical treatment and further promote the standardization of clinical treatment of stuttering.
