绵阳市男男性行为者使用男同社交媒体目的及现状

The current situation and related factors of the use of gay social media by men who have sex with men in Mianyang City

目的了解MSM使用男同社交媒体现状,分析使用目的的关联因素。方法在四川省绵阳市使用“滚雪球”抽样法对MSM使用男同社交媒体等相关状况进行问卷调查。结果共收集有效问卷1062份,使用男同社交媒体的占57.2%(607/1062),其中近6个月使用Blued占98.1%(555/566)。近6个月使用男同社交媒体目的为寻找性伴占21.6%(122/566)、交友占43.6%(247/566)、闲谈等占34.8%(197/566),通过男同社交媒体寻找性伴时43.9%(174/396)会了解其性伴的HIV感染情况,68.4%(119/174)主要以询问方式了解,71.7%(284/396)每次使用安全套。多因素分析结果显示,使用男同社交媒体目的为寻找性伴与闲谈等相比较:近6个月发生多性伴,近1周发生高频率肛交者以寻找性伴为目的可能较大,近6个月发生无保护肛交者以闲谈等为目的可能较大;交友与闲谈等相比较:年龄21~30岁,本市户籍,本地居住时间≤2年,领悟社会支持状态低/中水平,近6个月发生无保护肛交者以闲谈等为目的可能较大(P均<0.05)。结论MSM使用男同社交媒体普遍,使用目的多种,有多性伴者更可能以寻找性伴为目的、发生无保护肛交等危险性行为者更可能以闲谈等为目的使用男同社交媒体,应强化针对性开展行为干预。

Objective To understand the status quo of use of gay social media by MSM and analyze the factors associated with the purpose of use.Methods The"snowball"sampling method was used to conduct questionnaire surveys on the use of gay social media by MSM in Mianyang City,Sichuan Province.Results There were 1062 effective questionnaires,among which 57.2%(607/1062)used gay social media,and 98.1%(555/566)used Blued in the past 6 months.In the past 6 months,21.6%(122/566)used gay social media to find sexual partners,43.6%(247/566)to make friends,34.8%(197/566)to chat.Among the MSM using gay social media to find sexual partners,43.9%(174/396)tried to know about their HIV infection status.68.4%(119/174)learned by inquiry.71.7%(284/396)used condoms every time.The multiple regression analysis showed that the purpose of using gay social media to find sexual partners was compared with chatting:those who had multiple sexual partners in recent 6 months and high-frequency anal sex in recent 1 week were more likely to find sexual partners,while those who had unprotected anal sex in recent 6 months were more likely to find sexual partners for chatting.Comparison between the purpose of using gay social media to make friends and chat showed that:MSM,from 21 to 30 years old,local registered residence,local residence time≤2 years,low/medium level of perceived social support,and unprotected anal sex in recent 6 months were more likely to use the social media for chatting(all P<0.05).Conclusions MSM use gay social media for a variety of purposes.Those with the purpose of finding sexual partners are more likely to have multiple sexual partners,and those with the purpose of chatting are more likely to have dangerous sexual behaviors such as unprotected anal sex.Targeted behavioral interventions should be strengthened.
