摘要
为解决某型飞机导弹发射装置外场原位检查问题,设计了便携式通用检测仪.该系统基于PC104工控机架构,通过软件控制信号模拟电路准确提供各种激励信号,通过信号反馈测试电路进行导弹发射装置和机内发射电路的检查.经使用表明:该系统基于PC104工控机架构有效减小了系统体积和重量,利用自动测试软件提高了测试效率和保障的可靠性,测试快捷,界面人性化,维护方便,满足了发射装置外场原位检查维护要求.
In order to solve the problem of in-situ test in the field of a certain type of aircraft missile launcher,a portable universal detector was designed.The system was based on the PC104 industrial computer.The system accurately provided various excitation signals through the software control signal simulation circuit,and checked the missile launcher and the internal launch circuit through the signal feedback test circuit.The use shows that the system is based on the PC104 industrial computer architecture,which effectively reduce the size and weight of the system,and the automatic test software is used to improve the test efficiency and guarantee reliability.The test is fast,the interface is humanized,and the maintenance is convenient.The equipment meets the requirements for in-situ test and maintenance of the launcher.
