围绕国家发展战略建设最美竹林风景线——四川宜宾市竹产业高质量发展的主要成效及思考

Building Most Beautiful Bamboo Forest Landscape According to National Development Strategy:Achievements and Reflections on High-quality Development of Bamboo Industry in Yibin City,Sichuan Province

竹资源是重要的生态、产业和文化资源。作为川南竹资源大市,四川省宜宾市自2018年起,全面贯彻落实习近平总书记对四川工作系列重要指示精神,全力推动竹产业高质量发展,取得了较好成效。文章围绕“成渝地区双城经济圈建设”“乡村振兴”等国家发展战略,分析宜宾竹产业发展当前优势与短板,根据宜宾最美竹林风景线建设各阶段工作要求,从顶层谋划高位推动、深化一二三产融合发展、创新引领产业科学发展等方面,为宜宾实现竹产业高质量发展,真正建成“中华竹都·最美竹海”提出了切实可行的建议。

Bamboo resources are important ecological,industrial and cultural resources.As a city abundant in bamboo resources in southern Sichuan,Yibin has fully implemented the spirit of President Xi’s important instructions on the development of Sichuan since 2018,and made every effort to promote the high-quality development of bamboo industry,which has remarkably achieved.Focusing on the national development strategies such as“Development of Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle”and“Rural Revitalization Strategy”,this paper analyzes the current advantages and disadvantages of Yibin bamboo industry in its development.In consideration of the requirements set by each stage of Building Yibin the Most Beautiful Bamboo Forest Landscape Program,this paper comes up with practical suggestions in terms of top-level design and facilitation,the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,and innovation for science-based development of bamboo industry,with the aim to promote the high-quality development of Yibin’s bamboo industry.
