一款变压器用绕组温控器综合检定装置的设计

Design of a Comprehensive Verification Device for Winding Temperature Controllers for Transformers

JB/T 8450-2016《变压器用绕组温控器》规定了检验变压器用绕组温控器(以下简称绕组温控器)的试验项目及方法,本文依据该标准设计了一款变压器用绕组温控器综合检定装置(以下简称装置),通过介绍装置各功能模块以及各项试验的检定方法,展示了其相对传统检定方法的优越性。

The test items and methods for winding temperature controllers for transformers(hereinafter referred to as winding temperature controller) are specified in JB/T 8450-2016 "Winding temperature controllers for transformers". Based on the standard, a comprehensive verification device of winding temperature controllers for transformers(hereinafter referred to as the device) is designed in this paper. By introducing the functional modules of the device and the verification method of each test, its superiority over the traditional verification methods are demonstrated.
