Preliminary Study on Development of Agricultural Biotechnology in Liaoning Province

现代生物技术从根本上转变了农业生产发展方式。从农业生物技术现状入手,围绕辽宁农业生物技术发展存在的育种技术相对落后、生物育种平台缺乏、科研成果转化率低等问题,提出促进种业研发转型升级、提高种业产业竞争力、聚集种业高端人才等发展建议。

Modern biotechnology has fundamentally changed the way of agricultural production development. Starting from the current situation of agricultural biotechnology, centering on the problems of relatively backward breeding technology, lack of biological breeding platform and low conversion rate of scientific research achievements existing in the development of agricultural biotechnology in Liaoning province, suggestions were put forward to promote the transformation and upgrading of seed industry research and development, improve the competitiveness of seed industry and gather high-end talents in seed industry.
