中国共青团知识体系的当代建构与“十四五”展望

The Contemporary Construction of the Knowledge System of the Communist Youth League of China and the Prospect of the 14th Five Year Plan

共青团研究事业是中国共产党青年工作的组成部分。作为政治现象学的中国共青团,真正进入当代中国知识生产和学术建构领域,还是中华人民共和国成立以后的事情。此后,中国共青团知识体系沿着三条路径逐步建构发展:一是历史路径,在历史大视野中把握中国青年运动和共青团青年工作的规律、特点与趋势;二是学理路径,探索构建具有中国特色的马克思主义政党青年群团组织理论体系和学术体系;三是实践路径,打通理论研究与青年工作壁垒,推动理论研究成果向工作实践成果转换。这三条路径是中国特色社会主义青年理论建构逻辑在共青团研究中的具体体现,为新发展阶段开启共青团研究新征程奠定学理基础。

The research cause of the Communist Youth League is an integral part of the youth work of the Communist Party of China.As a political phenomenology,the Communist Youth League of China really entered the field of knowledge production and academic construction in contemporary China after the founding of new China.Since then,the knowledge system of the Communist Youth League of China has been gradually constructed and developed along three paths:The first is the historical path to grasp the laws,characteristics and trends of the Chinese youth movement and the youth work of the Communist Youth League from the perspective of history;The second is the theoretical path,exploring and constructing the theoretical system and academic system of Marxist political party Youth League organization with Chinese characteristics;The third is the practice path,breaking through the barriers between theoretical research and youth work,and promoting the transformation from theoretical research results to work practice results.
