我国养老护理员工作体验质性研究的Meta整合

Qualitative studies on working experience of geriatric nursing assistants in China:a Meta-synthesis

目的:总结养老护理员的工作体验,为提高养老护理员工作体验和服务质量提供科学依据。方法:计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、CINAHL、the Cochrane Library、EMbase、Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)循证卫生保健中心数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统中关于养老护理员工作体验的质性研究文献,检索时限均为从建库至2021年5月,采用2016版澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准评价文献及Meta整合方法对结果进行整合。结果:共纳入14篇文献,提炼出84个研究结果.将相似的结果进行归纳组合形成8个新类属,综合形成3个整合结果:养老护理员工作中需要专业性支持;养老护理员工作普遍辛苦,积极与消极感受并存;养老护理员生活品质低。结论:现有证据表明,养老护理员在工作中的消极体验偏多,存在工作任务繁重、社会地位低下、家庭支持度弱等问题。建议实行分层管理制度,合理安排人力资源,提高养老护理员社会地位。

Objective:To summarize the work experience of geriatric nursing assistants and provide scientific basis for improving the work experience and service quality of geriatric nursing assistants.Methods:Qualitative studies on the work experience of geriatric nursing assistants were searched from PubMed,Web of Science,CINAHL,the Cochrane Library,EMbase,Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)Evidence-Based Health Care Center Database,CNKI,WanFang Database,VIP,and SinoMed.the retrieval time was from inception to May 2021.The JBI Critical Appraisal Tool for qualitative studies from Australia was used to evaluate the methodology quality of the included research,and Meta-aggregation was used to conduct the synthesis.Results:A total of 14 qualitative studies were included and integrated into 84 valuable findings.These findings were then classified into 8 categories under 3 groups,geriatric nursing assistants needed professional support in their work;geriatric nursing assistants worked hard,positive and negative feelings coexisted;The quality of life of geriatric nursing assistants was low.Conclusions:Current evidence shows that there are many negative experiences in work,such as heavy work tasks,low social status and weak family support.It is suggested to implement hierarchical management system,rationally arrange human resources,and improve the social status of geriatric nursing assistants.
