Clinical Experience of Liu Xin in Treating Pulmonary Nodules

肺结节是通过影像学检查并结合临床表现、病史、相关实验室检查等进行诊断,中医学对于肺结节的相关记载很少,现代医家常常把肺结节归属“咳嗽”“肺积”等范畴来进行治疗。刘鑫教授结合多年临床经验,从患者的临床症状出发,结合四诊,辨证论治,个性化用药,现将刘鑫教授治疗肺结节的临床经验进行归纳分享。

Pulmonary nodules are diagnosed through imaging examination and combined with clinical manifestations,medical history,relevant laboratory examination,etc.There are few relevant records of pulmonary nodules in TCM.Modern doctors often attribute pulmonary nodules in the category of“cough”and“lung accumulation”for treatment.Based on years of clinical experience,Professor Liu Xin starts from the clinical symptoms of patients,combined with four diagnosis,and conducts syndrome differentiation and treatment and personalized medication.This article would summarize and share Professor Liu Xin’s clinical experience in the treatment of pulmonary nodules.
